code=004 - Guild Wars Forums

I keep getting the error code=004, but I can't find anything about a server problem, am I the only and if so, how can I fix this

That list is not very clear about code=004. But i know you get that error when you enter your login info wrong (email/id, password or character name). Happens quite often to me when i have to switch accounts...

Correction: i only get an error=004 when i type the account name wrong (the other 2 give a error=227)
